Rare Theater Posters I Love My Wife The Prince Of Grand Street Window Cards 70's

Hello!! Up for auction are two nice 1970's window cards from pre-Broadway tryouts at the Forrest Theater in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. The window cards have nice colors and measure 22 x 14. The Prince of Grand Street has water stains in the lower half, this can be seen in photos four and five.
The Prince Of Grand Street opened at the Forrest Theater in March of 1978 and was a flop and never made it to Broadway.
I Love My Wife pre-Broadway tryout opened at the Forrest Theater in March of 1977 it then moved to Broadway in April of 1977 where it ran until April of 1979.
