I am selling this bedroom set for a friend who originally purchased it from Englanders in Michigan back in July of 1980. It was designed by Jack Cartwright for Founders Furniture. The set includes 7 pieces, including a twin sized headboard with sliding door storage. A corner cabinet, a shelf unit, and 4 dressers. One of the dressers has the shelving unit that sits on top, the other pieces all have a shelf with under light. The shelf/lights can be easily removed, All the lights work. All pieces are in good unrestored condition. A picture of the original receipt shows this was a very expensive, high end set and it's mid-century modern design looks fantastic. The headboard is 16 inches deep, 43.5 inches wide, and 41" to top of light shelf. All dressers are 16 inches deep. All are 28.5 inches to the top of the dresser, and 41 inches to the top of the light. 3 Dressers are 43.5 inches wide, 1 Dresser is 33 inches wide. The Shelf unit sits on top of the dresser and is 43.5 inches wide and 52 inches tall.
