You are looking at estate bedroom furniture set with ornate details, dovetail joints and post canopy California king-size bed .
The list of items included with the bedroom set is listed below:
2 x night stands;
1 x bed (is a "California King" size bed incl. footboard, headboard, 4 metal canopy pieces and pillars);
1 x large dresser;
1 x mirror (dresser' top).
If you need a mattress,  let me know, it would be extra 0 (cash). The original purchase price was 00.
Condition: very good estate; light to normal signs of use (set was used in a guest’ room); comes from a very clean, smoke-free house.
Local pick up only - PLEASE MAKE SURE you have enough help to handle/carry all pieces; a pick up date has to be schedule whithin 2 calendar days after the end of this auction.
Payment: CASH ONLY upon pick up or zelle app.  No other payment methods will not be accepted for a local pick up.
All estate items are sold as is with no returns, so please ask all your questions prior to making a bid/offer.
When any item(s) is/are sold, it is assumed that a buyer will be paying within 2 calendar days and arranging for shipment of (or picking up) the item within seven (7) calendar days.  Items that are left are subject to damage and degradation as they get moved around and get exposed to extreme weather conditions at times.
Items where shipping arrangements have not been made, or where the item is not otherwise picked up, within seven (7) calendar days of the sale date (even though the item itself has been paid for) are subject to a daily storage fee (varies by size; from to per item) unless prior arrangements have been made with seller and as per seller’s agreement and are documented in writing by e-mail.  The buyer forfeits the item(s) and any payments made when a storage fee reaches the sale price of the item OR on the thirtieth (30) calendar day after the auction ended, whichever comes first.  No money will be returned for the forfeited items.  Items are subject to re-listing immediately upon forfeiture.
