This grandpa is new store stock, that I purchased years ago, and have had him in storage. One arm moves, and his head turns. There are no markings under his chin. He has his year and Dam markings on his back, and well as markings on the bottom of his feet. This type of a hang tag does not have a name of the back of it. He is the troll in the pictures.
He has been reduced because there is something inside of him that rattles. It's probably a piece of plastic.
